With six months to go until the London 2012 Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, Artistic Director Danny Boyle and Ceremonies Executive Producer Stephen Daldry give an insight into the show.
Danny Boyle has revealed that Shakespeare will go to the Olympic Games - with ceremonies heavily inspired by the playwright's work The Tempest.
Opening ceremonies artistic director Boyle came up with the theme "Isles of Wonder" after gaining inspiration from Caliban's speech in The Tempest which opens with the line: "Be not afeard; the isle is full of noises."
Europe's largest bell will ring to start a £27m Olympic opening ceremony inspired by Shakespeare and featuring NHS nurses and 900 local pupils.
One billion people are expected to watch the opening ceremony on 27 July.
