Inspired by the Mead Gallery's recent exhibition A Duck for Mr Darwin, boys from Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull will have worked for over 5 months to make and perfect these 6 brand-new pieces of dance.
Evolutionay Moves is part of Boys Dancing, a People Dancing project developed by Warwick Arts Centre, that aims to encourage hundreds of boys and young men to experience the challenge, exhilaration, discipline and fun of making and sharing dance. Boys Dancing was awarded the Inspire Mark earlier this year.
Boys Dancing is a People Dancing project, part of the West Midlands’ Culture Programme for London 2012 funded by Legacy Trust UK, Arts Council England West Midlands and Advantage West Midlands. People Dancing uses the inspiration of the London 2012 Games to get as many people as possible dancing in the West Midlands.
